Finite Element Method to Tracing the Fatigue Growth of Surface Crack of Out-corner of Cyl indrical Pressure Vessel Nozzles

Abstract  A new technique by computer has been used to t race fatigue growth of surface crack of out-corner of cylindrical pressure vessel nozzles by using the methods of 1/ 42displacement and finite element . The result s show that the rate of the growth of each point on the surface crack is connected with the place of crack and the st ructure of nozzle ,and it s steady shape is some of complex curve.

圆筒型容器接管外拐角表面裂纹疲劳扩展的有限元跟踪

运用1/ 4 点位移法和有限元技术对圆筒型容器接管外拐角表面裂纹扩展时应力强度因子的变化作了计算机数值跟踪。结果表明:表面裂纹各点的扩展速度与其所处的位置和容器接管的几何参数有关,且其扩展平衡状态为一不规则形状。
