Abstract The calculation method of 3D elastic-plastic J-integral by using finite element method was explored,meanwhile,some key questions and techniques were introduced. The calculation model of real cylindrical vessel was set up and its value of J~integral was calculated. In contrast with the method of 1/4 displacement,the J-integral can reflect the motive force of crack quite well.The research has good engineering application value to evaluate and foretell the safety of pressure vessels.

基于三维效应的弹塑性J积分计算
探讨了用有限元法计算三维弹塑性|,积分的方法,并就一些计算的关键问题和技巧作了分析. 建立了实物压力容器简体上表面裂纹的计算模型,实现了该模型的},积分计算.对比1/4点位移法表明,J积分值能较好地反映裂纹推动力,这对压力容器的安全性评估及预测具有较大的工程应用价值.
