Subsystems of a complex product system are often optimized individually by different design units.Generally.the assemblage of all the optim um designs of subsystems is not the optimum design of the product system .To get the optim um design of distributed structural systems,internet-based global coordinating optim ization technique is necessary.On the basis of E-mail function of internet,the authors researched technology and realizing approach of communication and process control for internet-based global coordinating optimization of distributed structural systems,and by using VB com puter language developed a practical software system .An application example of global coordinating optimization of a satellite structural system shown that the internet-based collaborative optimization of distributed structural systems is necessary, and the software developed is efficient.This technique has im portant effect for global collaborative design of a complex product system .

Principal component analysis(PCA)is an effective method for process monitoring and fault diagnosis.PCA produces a compressed statistical model that gives linear combinations of the original variables that describe the major trends in a data set,and produces new variables that are uncorrelated with each other and are linear combinations of the original variables.The experiments results show that PCA is an efficient method to monitor performance of the process,and can detect faults resulted in change of product quality exactly.

The inner control points need to be calculated according to connecting condition in design of com posite triangular surfaces.On the basis of analyzing the designing method of com posire Bezier triangular surfaces,a local designing method of Bezier triangular patch was proposed.The dividing point is estimated by 9 parameters cubic triangular surface.The surface is then divided into three patches.A cross-boundary blending tangent is constructed to ensure geometric continuity between the patches.All the inner control points are obtained with algebraic expressions according to the tangent. This method can sim plify the procedure of com posite triangular surface design and the time can be shortened greatly when designing surface w ith a mass of scatter data.

Robot soccer is a hotspot in AI and robot fields,and is a integrate system referring to multi fields,such as image processing,communication,automation control and optimization decision,and so on.Based on the brief introduction of the structure to robot soccer system ,the communication subsystem is discussed in details.It used the design of double MCU received circuit and RF communication chip NRF401 with Bluetooth core communication technique.That subsystern provides an efficient and credible comm unication platform for system.

The calculation method of 3D elastic-plastic J-integral by using finite element method was explored,meanwhile,some key questions and techniques were introduced. The calculation model of real cylindrical vessel was set up and its value of J~integral was calculated. In contrast with the method of 1/4 displacement,the J-integral can reflect the motive force of crack quite well.The research has good engineering application value to evaluate and foretell the safety of pressure vessels.

Based on the analysis of production process of cold continuous rolling mills,the mathematical model of rolling dynamic process characteristic has been built with a three-DOF roller system load equation and the sim ulation software has been developed.The effects on thickness with entry thickness variation and enactment parameters of control system variation are discussed.

Sonar sensors are fixed on the crust of galley to receive sonar signals from underwater and the vibration of galley itself must have influenced on them.So it is necessary to design a under-water vibration table to sim ulate the vibration of galley,and sensors are fixed on the board to simulate the fact. To design a vibration table w hose board is under water,the additional mass must be taken into account,which is very significant to affect the design of the thrust of the vibration table and shape of table board.Solid—fluid coupling equation is put forward firstly.Then acceleration frequency response is figured out by finite element methods.Comparing with the accelerations of two different conditions,additional masses are calculated.At last.the influences carried by additional mass during the designing of vibration table are analyzed.

Sigma-delta type ADCs are applied widely in many region for its perfect performance.But it isn’t suitable for m ulti-channel multiplexed system lim ited by its conversation mechanism .Pipeline method is proposed to construct a high efficiency,high sam pling rate multi-channel data acquisition system ,and instance system based on ADSP2106x DSP is introduced.
