Micro—motor is the core of MEMS and SO ultrasonic micromotor becomes a new research center and relevant research develops quickly in recent years. Firstly,the paper analysizes the differences among ultrasonic motor,electrom agnetic motor and static motor;introduces the developm ent on ultrasonic micro-motors at home and abroad;points out two problems in the development——the vague research orientation and inadequently-solved key technique, the research orientation in further study,some key problems that m ust be solved and the application Dotential in civil and martial occasions,especially in m artial occasion;subsequently,points out m arket orientatlon and engineering application are crucial factors for the breakthrough of ultrasonic micro-motor and at the same time,sufficient attention researching unit are also very important for the motor in China.

Based on the philosophy of agile m anufacturing,this paper analyses the basic concepts and connotation of virtual organization information system (VOIS),points out that VOIS has the characteristics of being distributed,cooperative,adaptive,and can be rapidly reengineered.Differences between VOIS and traditional enterprise inform ation system have been analyzed.Based on analyses of the structure of VOIS,the authors present an abstract hierarchical structure of VOIS and describe it level by level using object-oriented method.Reengineering ideology and m ethods of V OIS are also explored in light of the three level structure.

Based on a thorough analysis of the inner relationship between static and dynamic finite element analysis (FEA)modeling,the paper studies the strategy of collaborative static and dynamic FEA.The strategy is im plemented using workflow technology considering the reliability and e{Iiciency of workflow technology.The present method is used successfully in the structural static and dynamic collaborative optimization of the working equipment of hydraulic excavator and the results prove the theory and method reliable and efficient.

For many years INA has been synonymous with needle roller bearings. Today,INA ’S wide variety of products ranges from rolling bearings to high precision engine components for the automotive industry. The com pany’S linear technology division offers the m ost com prehensive range of linear guidance systems worldwide-including complete linear units.Application-oriented product development is an im portant factor for the success of a product.This includes the optimization of weight and stiffness to meet specific custom er requirements.One example of modern,goal oriented developm ent is the topology optim ization of a linear guidance system .The results of the optimization were im plemented in a design study in which the complex,non—linear behavior of the com ponent was considered.The study dem onstrates the possibilities for optim izing the linear guidance system .

U nder considering plastic deform ation,the form ula of dam age m easurem ent on variation of the electrical resistance was studied. Tensile ductile damage on A3 mild steel specimen was evaluated.The results show that the predictions by variation of the resistance accord with that of the elasticity modulus change.It is presented out that the effect on the plastic deform of specim en length and cross-section must be considered for the m etal m aterial ductile dam age measurement by variation of the resistance.A nd its reliability is based on accurate m easuring of the specimen low electrical resistance.

It is a goal expected by designers of spinning roller bases to decrease copying error and energy consum ption. The authore analyzed the m otion and the work of spinning roller bases and established two goal functions about copying error and energy consumption,and the binding conditions about strength,stability,specific pressure on guide-way and connected dimensions;obrained the m ethod optim izating spinning roller bases with tow goals and the optim um param eters of the spinning roller base in the factual example;the optimizatiing method can achieve better resuit and has wide applicable field.

Contact fatigue failure is one of the failure type for steel gear.This paper researched the contact fatigue strength of Ni-P-Co alloy coating on surface of gears made from 45# stee1.Several studies on the alloying coating,such as surface shape,surface roughness,micro-hardness and shape characteristic of fatigue pitting hole were carried out. The experimental results were analyzed and conclusion was as follows:contact fatigue life and strength of steel gears with Ni-P-Co alloy coating and air-cooling after heat-treatm ent with temperature of 450
C are increased remarkably.

Through the calculation of the finite element method(FEM )models for double circular arc profile spiral bevel gear,the stress changing pattern along the length of the tooth is obtained.The result indicates that the largest stress is located in the small end to concave surface gear and the largest stress is located in the center near big end tO convex surface gear.

Computer aided testing (CAT) system for pneumatic cylinder cushion characteristics was developed. The test bench including a pneumatic circuit and a solenoid valve driver was built.The hardware of the virtual instrument was configured and the software was designed by LabV IEW . The CAT system can test pressures at inlet,outlet and cushion cham bers,output force,piston displacement and shock acceleration of a pneumatic cylinder and plot corresponding result graphs.Experiments indicate that the CAT system is convenient to operate,and has high measurement precision and wide practicability.It applies to the measurement of cushion characteristics.velocity characteristics and transient characteristics of pneumatic cylinders.

Based on the demands of the techniques in filter press and study on hydraulic control system for new filter press,the mathematic model of the whole hydraulic system is built up by bond graphs approach and hydraulic system is simulated by Matlab program ,which is the premise of optimistic design for hydraulic system in filter press.This performance of new system has reached the aims expected in practice.
