PDC钻头布齿参数的逆向设计与优化

摘要:

针对PDC钻头布齿设计的多样性与灵活性,为了提高PDC钻头布齿设计的科学性与效率,提出了一种PDC钻头布齿参数逆向设计与优化的方法。以使用效果欠佳的钻头为原型,反求出原型钻头的布齿参数。在反求布齿参数的基础上,根据仿真计算模型的结果以及实际使用情况为钻头的布齿设计提供理论帮助。最后,根据磨损速度优化模型与侧向力平衡优化模型对布齿参数进行优化。研究结果表明:反求的布齿参数精度高,优化设计后的钻头具有更高的钻进速度与更大的钻进深度。布齿参数的逆向设计与优化方法为PDC钻头的个性化设计提供了一种全新的思路。

Abstract:

Aiming at the diversity and the flexibility of PDC (polycrystalline diamond compact) bit cutter design, a new reversal design method was put forward to improve the scientificity and efficiency of the PDC bit cutter design. The defective bit which cannot have ideal performance was used as the prototype bit. Second, the PDC bit cutter parameters were calculated based on the prototype bit. According to the PDC bit cutter parameters, the simulation model was used to analyze the reasonability of cutter parameters. For the results, according to the optimization model of wear rate and lateral force, the PDC bit cutter parameters were optimized. The research results show that the calculated parameters of cutters are accurate. Meanwhile, the optimized PDC bit has better performance. The reverse design and optimization methods provide a new design idea for the PDC bit customized design.
