FEM analysis and optimization of spade arm in tree potter

Abstract  FEA of spade arm assembled in tree potter is carried out by application of Pro/E and ANSYS, to analyze the main reason why the main working components-pade arm, are broken while working. Stress and deformation of spade arm is calculated and the optimization on structure is proposed. By comparing the analysis result, it is concluded that the reason why broken is defects in structure design of spade arm and insufficient control of oil cylinder pressure, which provides reference for optimization design of spade arm.

林木移栽机铲刀臂的有限元分析与结构改进

为分析林木移栽机主要工作部件铲刀臂工作时发生局部断裂的原因,运用三维建模软件(Pro/E)结合有限元分析软件(ANSYS), 对其进行有限元分析,计算出铲刀臂的应力与变形,并提出结构改进措施。将分析结果进行比较,得出局部断裂的原因是由于铲刀臂的结构设计存在不足和铲刀油缸压力没有得到有效控制,为铲刀臂的结构改进设计提供一定的参考依据。
