Abstract In test of thermo-vibration combined environment with high-linear-acceleration, centrifuge is usually utilized to realize high-linear-acceleration, and vibration bed and temperature box installed on it are employed to implement combined environment. Since rotating speed of centrifuge and frequency of vibration bed change in a wide range, furthermore, natural characteristics of centrifuge changes with rotating speed, the likelihood of resonance between centrifuge arm and vibration bed is large, which generates great difficulty for design of centrifuge arm. Dynamic characteristics are analyzed and changing regulation of different order natural frequency with modal vibration is gained. Finally, modal experiment is conducted on centrifuge, which demonstrates that the computation result is reliable. This result provides important reference for design of centrifuge and vibration table.

离心机动力学特性分析及设计技术
高线加速度下热与振动复合环境试验中,通常用离心机来实现高线加速度环境,在机臂上安装振动台、温度箱实现复合环境。离心机转速和振动台频率在很大范围内变化,且离心机固有特性随转速发生变化,所以离心机与安装其上的振动台发生共振的可能性较大,给离心机的隔振系统设计带来很多困难。采用有限元方法,对离心机的动态特性进行分析,得到离心机的各阶固有频率及模态振型随转速变化的规律,并对离心机进行了模态试验,证明了计算结果的可靠性。研究成果为离心机及其隔振系统的设计提供了重要的依据。
