Finite element analysis on Baoshan steel corporation’s 25 t×27.5 m bridgetype crane

Abstract  Research and analysis on main beam on the longtime used 25 t×27.5 m bridge type crane is executed by adopting FEA method and Finite Element code MSC.MARC. According to measured dimensions, deformations of bridge frame and stress distribution on it are analyzed from the aspects of experimental load case and design load case respectively. Furthermore, its structural mechanics features are presented and compared with the experimental results, which provides theoretical base for confirming its life span.

宝钢25 t-27.5 m桥式起重机主梁有限元分析

应用有限单元法及MSC.MARC有限元分析程序,对已使用多年的25 t×27.6 m桥式起重机主梁进行分析,并根据实测的设计尺寸,从实验工况和设计工况两方面研究桥架变形及应力分布状态,探讨了其结构力学特性,并与实验测试结果进行了对比,为确定其使用寿命提供了理论依据。
