Abstract The results of gear parameter optimization are applied in reliability optimization design for planetary gear transmission system.It is composed of the following parts:division of out-mating modification coefficient plus(X) by equal-slip ratio of two gears, selection of in-mating angle (α) on the basis of enhancing the touching intensity of in-mating gears and equally ensuring the superposition degree,and the exploration of the optimal m/a.Finally,the reliability optimization of the system is achieved.

渐开线行星轮系参数优选及可靠性优化设计
将渐开线行星齿轮传动参数优选的结果用于可靠性优化设计中,包括按两轮滑动率相等原则分配外啮合变位系数和X1∑;按提高内啮合副轮齿接触强度并保证具有较高重合度来确定内啮合角αH;按等强度原则寻求最佳m/a值,最后对该传动进行可靠性优化设计。
