Computer simulation of influence of flexible belt drive on speed fluctuation

Abstract  To study the influence of flexible belt on speed fluctuation in mechanical system, on the basis of equivalent mechanism model in rigid mechanical system, a dynamic model about influence on speed fluctuation of flexible belt driveis established. Simulation (Matlab) is adopted to analyze this model and movement simulation curve of flexible mechanical system with changing slippery error rate is obtained. The results indicate that elastic glide of belt has great effect on speed fluctuation of mechanical system.

挠性带传动对速度波动影响的计算机仿真

为了研究挠性带对机械系统速度波动的影响,在刚性机械系统等效力学模型的基础上,建立挠性带传动的机械系统的动力学模型,应用模拟仿真(Matlab)的方法对此模型进行分析,得出滑差率变化时挠性机械系统模型的运动仿真曲线。结果分析表明:带传动的弹性滑动对机械系统的速度波动有很大的影响。
