Design of trapping pressure test system in gear pump

Abstract  Oil-trap results from the work principle of gear pump, and it directly influences the performance and lifespan of gear pump. Reducing pressure in trapping area is of great importance to enhance performance of gear pump. Therefore, how to measure pressure in trapping area is a problem confronting researchers.Design of experimental system is carried out, and experiments are conducted. The results indicate that this system can meet requirements well.

齿轮泵困油压力测试系统设计

困油现象是由齿轮泵自身工作原理造成的,它直接影响着齿轮泵的工作性能及寿命。降低齿轮泵困油区的压力是提高齿轮泵工作性能的一个重要方面,如何测量困油区的压力是研究过程中遇到的课题之一,针对这一课题进行了试验系统的设计,并进行了试验,试验结果表明该系统能够很好地满足要求。
