摘要:

针对传统一级比例伺服同步控制系统存在超调量大、可靠性不高等问题,提出两级双向液压同步控制系统.对两级双向液压同步控制系统进行动态数学建模分析,并给出同步控制系统非线性数学模型;采用AMESim对系统进行仿真研究,并运用遗传算法对比例-积分-微分控制器(PID)参数进行优化,分析比较两种系统在启动、偏载以及比例伺服阀损坏或突然掉电等极端工况下的同步特性.仿真结果表明:两级双向液压同步控制系统具有工作平稳、启动时无明显超调、可靠性高、响应速度快以及同步精度高等优点.

Abstract:

To resolve the problem of the large overshoot and low reliability of the traditional proportional servo synchronization control system, a two-stage bi-direction hydraulic synchronization control system was proposed. With analysis of the proposed control system through dynamic mathematical modeling, a nonlinear mathematical model was established, followed by the simulation of the proposed system in AMESim and PID parameters were optimized by genetic algorithm. After comparisons of the synchronization features under extreme conditions, such as system boot phase, heavy uneven loads, damage or power off of the proportional servo valve, between the proposed system and the traditional proportional servo synchronization control system were done. Simulation results show that the two-stage bi-direction hydraulic synchronization control system has the advantages of smooth performance, high reliability, little overshoot, rapid response, and high synchro-precision.
