Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition), 2018, 45(2): 131-135,161.   https://doi.org/10.3785/j.issn.1008-9497.2018.02.001
Abstract( 255 )   HTML (   PDF(960KB)( 205 )
By means of the Riccati transform, H function method and inequality technique, We studied a new class of second-order nonlinear neutral dynamic equations with damping term on time scales for the first time. Some new sufficient conditions for the oscillation of the equation are obtained, which improve the conclusions of the previous literature and enrich the oscillation of second order delay dynamic equations. Finally, the results are verified by examples.

We investigate oscillation of certain second-order nonlinear neutral variable delay functional dynamic equations on a time scale T. By using two Riccati substitutions, the time scales theory and inequality technique, we establish two new oscillation criteria for the equations. These results deal with some cases which are not covered by the existing results in the literature.

Abstract( 300 )   HTML (   PDF(873KB)( 296 )
In this paper, we study the energy decay estimates to the Cauchy problem of dissipative wave equation with variable coefficients:utt-xi(aij(x)∂xju)+ut=0. If the initial data {u0, u1} are compactly supported from the energy space, then there exists a exterior domain XmRn such that for large t ≥ 0, we have ∫Xm(|ut|2+aij(x)uxiuxj)dxC(1+t)-m with m>0. Moreover, if u0+u1=0, we also have ∫Xm|u|2dxC(1+t)-m for t ≥ 0.

Abstract( 379 )   HTML (   PDF(970KB)( 217 )
Mathematical programs with complementarity constraints (MPCC) have very wide application in many areas. In this paper, we present a smoothing method based on the integral of the Sigmoid function. The original MPCC is reformulated into a standard smooth optimization model. Then, we obtain an approximate solution of MPCC by solving a series of the smooth sub-problems. It is proved that any accumulation point of the KKT stationary points sequence is a C-stationary point of original MPCC under the linear independence constraints qualification (LICQ) and the other weaker assumptions, without upper level strict complementarity (ULSC) and asymptotically weakly nondegenerate condition (AWN). Furthermore, such an accumulation point can be proved to be S-stationary point under the weak second-order necessary condition. At last,we present the algorithm and test its efficiency with some problems in MacMPEC database. Numerical results indicate that the proposed smoothing method is efficient comparing with other related algorithms.

Abstract( 432 )   HTML (   PDF(4352KB)( 798 )
In order to improve the performance of gradient projection for sparse reconstruction(GPSR)algorithm effectively during the process of compressed sensing signal reconstruction, the weight coefficients for penalty is introduced into the reconstruction model. Its advantage is to find the best balance between the complexity and the construction precision. The weights are adaptively adjusted during every iterative step to accelerate the convergence. Simulation experiment results show that the proposed algorithm has a better performance on computational efficiency than that of the traditional GPSR algorithm and the typical OMP algorithm, enabling high precision reconstruction in less time.

Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition), 2018, 45(2): 162-168.   https://doi.org/10.3785/j.issn.1008-9497.2018.02.006
Abstract( 330 )   HTML (   PDF(1802KB)( 232 )
In terms of the problem of ranking decision making unit (DMU) in data envelopment analysis, an evaluation approach based on cross ranking matrix of DMUs is established. On the basis of neutral cross efficiency, this matrix can be obtained from relative ordinal in the corresponding cross efficiency. Then, the sum of efficiencies for each DMU on different sequences can be gained by aggregating the self-and peer-evaluation values. Next, a linear programming model is established, and the DMUs are ranked according to the results of this model. The proposed method is applied to the efficiency evaluation of several experimental demonstration centers in Fuzhou University town. The result shows that our model works better than CCR and NCE in distinguishing the performances of DMUs.

Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition), 2018, 45(2): 169-179.   https://doi.org/10.3785/j.issn.1008-9497.2018.02.007
Abstract( 252 )   HTML (   PDF(1688KB)( 175 )
In two-sided matching problems, the agents of both sides can experience disappointment and elation regarding the potential objects to be matched. Few studies have focused on this issue that how to describe the disappointment and elation of agents or how to introduce them into the two-sided matching models. By portraying the disappointment and elation of agents, a new two-sided matching method accounting for the criteria of aspiration is proposed. Firstly, the mathematic description of the two-sided matching problem based on multiple criteria with one criterion of aspiration is given. Secondly, the gain and loss matrices of both sides are constructed by intermediary or decider based on the deference between the expectation of one side and the truth of the opposite side. Then, the perception matrices for each criterion of both sides are constructed according to disappointment theory, and the integrated perception matrices of both sides are constructed by aggregating perception matrices for all criteria. Further, a two-sided matching model with multi-objective optimization is developed to maximize the sum of perception utilities of each side under the constraint that they are above the lowest acceptable level of the other side. This model can be converted into a single-objective optimization model, and the optimal two-sided matching result can be obtained by solving the model. Finally, through a numerical example, the differences between the proposed method and the existing method are illustrated, which demonstrates the validity and rationality of the proposed method.

Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition), 2018, 45(2): 180-187,195.   https://doi.org/10.3785/j.issn.1008-9497.2018.02.008
Abstract( 273 )   HTML (   PDF(1021KB)( 244 )
The multi-attribute group decision-making is discussed, in which the attribute weights and the decision-maker are known, with the attribute values expressed by interval numbers. Motivated by the idea of quasi-ordered weighted geometric operator(QOWG), some QOWG operators for aggregating interval numbers are developed. Firstly, the QOWG operator is extended to the case in which the input argument is a continuous interval number, and the continuous QOWG operator (CQOWG) is defined. The special cases and some features of the CQOWG operator are discussed. Then, the orness measure of the CQOWG operator is defined, and its properties are also investigated. Further, the weighted continuous QOWG operator (WCQOWG), the ordered weighted continuous QOWG operator(OWCQOWG) and the combined continuous QOWG operator(CCQOWG) are proposed, and the properties of these operators are also discussed. Finally, an approach for multi-attribute group decision-making based on continuous QOWG operator is presented, and a practical example is given to verify the proposed methods and to demonstrate their feasibility and effectiveness.

Abstract( 278 )   HTML (   PDF(2674KB)( 444 )
The paper explores the dynamic performance drive mechanism for the private sector of the public-private-partnership (PPP) project from the government perspective, and constructs the performance incentive model by applying the principal-agent theory, including the static performance incentive model and the two-stage dynamic performance incentive model incorporated with re-examination. Meanwhile, the analyses on the optimal effort level of private sector, maximization of government benefit, period of re-examination as well as adjustment of the incentive parameters such as performance standards, coefficient of rewards and government subsidy are carried out, thus explaining the influential factors to the social, economic and comprehensive benefits of the government and proposing suggestions for optimization. The numerical analyses based on a case study illustrate that dynamic performance incentive model incorporated with re-examination is able to achieve maximization of the comprehensive benefit. The study is aimed to provide the government sector with the theoretical foundation and support when making decisions on the performance incentive mechanism and period of re-examination during the operation of the PPP project.

Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition), 2018, 45(2): 196-204.   https://doi.org/10.3785/j.issn.1008-9497.2018.02.010
Abstract( 302 )   HTML (   PDF(3931KB)( 435 )
Although some computational models for geo-semantic similarity measurement have been proposed in literature, these models overlook the effect of geospatial entities on similarity. This paper presents a geo-semantic similarity measurement approach that extends the existing approaches by computing geometric feature similarity of geospatial entities. This approach is based on comprehensive analysis of factors on ontology structure, properties of concept and geometric features similarity for geospatial entities. An assessment calculating the semantic similarity of the concept of land use types is carried out to verify the validity of this approach.

Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition), 2018, 45(2): 205-218.   https://doi.org/10.3785/j.issn.1008-9497.2018.02.011
Abstract( 388 )   HTML (   PDF(40311KB)( 173 )
There is a high frequency of severe convective weather occurring in Jianghuai and Huanghuai region of China. Based on the conventional observation data and NCEP reanalysis data from 2010 to 2012 (April to October), the spatial distributions and the temporal variability, the typical synoptic weather environments and the statistical characteristics of key parameters of 418 convective events over Jianghuai and Huanghuai region (30°N-37°N,110°E-122°E) are investigated. Results show that severe convective events mainly occur from June to September with a single-peak in August. Three areas are identified as high frequency of occurrence of severe convective events. The most favorable area of the severe convective events is the plain of East China with an occurrence frequency of 35.3%. The other two areas are around Dabie Mountain and Huangshan Mountain and near the southern boundary of Tai Mountain, respectively. Their diurnal variations show a major peak in the late afternoon(15:00-21:00, LST)and a second peak in the morning (06:00-09:00,LST). The largest frequency region of severe convections occurs shifts gradually from the northwest to the southeast in Jianghuai and Huanghuai region from morning to evening. The related environmental conditions are classified into four major groups based on their 500 hPa synoptic weather maps:Trough (TR,284 cases), subtropical high (STH,101 cases),cold vortex (CV,16 cases),tropical cyclone (TC,17 cases). The composite of rawinsonde analyses show that the TC pattern features the largest moisture in the troposphere while the STH is associated with rich moisture in the lower layer. The TR has moderate moisture whereas the CV is the driest with the lowest lifting condensation level pressure (LCLP)comparatively. From the condition of instability point of view, the STH has the largest unstable condition while the TR is moderate and the CV has the lowest unstable condition comparatively. Compared to the previous studies, the severe convection weather processes in the area investigated in the current study tend to form in a moister environment and with a background of comparable moderate unstability.

Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition), 2018, 45(2): 219-225.   https://doi.org/10.3785/j.issn.1008-9497.2018.02.012
Abstract( 262 )   HTML (   PDF(14190KB)( 390 )
The Ordovician carbonate reservoirs of Halahatang Area, North Tarim Basin, have rich oil and gas resources. It is recognized that the strike-slip faults are the main controlling factors of hydrocarbon accumulation in this region. Based on the 3D seismic interpretation and the maximum trough attribute extraction technique, the formation mechanism, structural characteristics and the relation between the fault and reservoirs are illustrated. Our studies show that, en echelon arranged R shears develop, and form an anastomosing zone with the linking of P shears. At the same time, R' and T shears develop at or near the tips of R shears, which constitute horsetails or wing cracks. Local uplifts form at the contraction overlaps, and the reserving spaces develop at the locations of faults along the fold limb. Branch faults have weak active intensity and shorter time, resulting in being more favorable for oil and gas preservation. In the horsetails structure zone, the number of faults is large and the topography is low, leading to widely developed reservoirs. However, the oil and gas may easily migrate from low to high along the faults, and the preservation condition is bad.

Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition), 2018, 45(2): 226-233.   https://doi.org/10.3785/j.issn.1008-9497.2018.02.013
Abstract( 267 )   HTML (   PDF(3710KB)( 153 )
Guanzhong area is the main part of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone. The ecological environment is facing the pressure from the rapid development of social economy and the change of natural environment. It is of great significance to study the ecological elasticity of Guanzhong area and its influencing factors to the sustainable development of this region. This paper measures the change of ecological elasticity through the change of land use from 2000 to 2015, and analyzes the influence of land use change on ecological elasticity. Our results show that the ecological elasticity of Guanzhong area is between 4 and 8, rising from 4.17-7.67 in 2000 to 5.94-7.52 in 2015, Therefore, the overall trend is increasing, and the ecological environment is improved. The ecological elasticity is influenced by the way of land use and the NPP. The forest land has the greatest influence on the ecological elasticity of the area, followed by the grassland and arable land. The quality of regional ecological environment can be improved by afforestation and by increasing vegetation cover in the build up area.

Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition), 2018, 45(2): 234-241.   https://doi.org/10.3785/j.issn.1008-9497.2018.02.014
Abstract( 262 )   HTML (   PDF(1274KB)( 290 )
Water environment security is not only an ecological and environmental problem, but also directly related to regional economic development and political stability. A system of evaluation index based on the pressure-state-response(PSR) model and the policy of "Five-Water-Governance" is constructed. Water environment security is assessed and alerted for the time period before and after carrying on the policy in Zhejiang province by utilizing the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) weighting method. The results show that water environment security is getting better successively from 2014. The security index shows an increasing trend and transforms to safer state. Compared with 2013, the security index of 2014 and 2015 increase by 7.38% and 16.85%, respectively. According to the "Five-Water-Governance" stage planning scenario, the value of water environment security will reach respectively 0.754 5 and 0.798 9 in 2017 and 2020, which increase 7.63%, 13.97% if compared with that of 2015, the water environment security will be close to the critical value of the safe state. It appears that the high discharge of pollutants per unit of GDP and high discharge of major pollutants, the low proportion of GDP regarding total investment for environmental pollution control, are the main stressing factors of water environment safety. Further optimization of the allocation of water resources, speeding up the adjustment and upgrading the industrial structure, increasing investment in environmental protection to reduce the environmental risks of water resources are highly preferable for Zhejiang province.

Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition), 2018, 45(2): 251-260.   https://doi.org/10.3785/j.issn.1008-9497.2018.02.016
Abstract( 296 )   HTML (   PDF(16114KB)( 680 )
Authenticity includes the subject and object dual attributes reflected in ancient town renewal. This research defines the concept of "subject and object authenticity", establishes the evaluation system that based on the gain and loss of the object and preference of the subject. We propose the development direction to meet the "balanced demand" of subject and subject authenticity and put forward the overall development mentality of "assessment first, overall planning, multiple participation and detailed implementation". In addition, the planning strategy, development strategy of the overall space, particularly the construction strategy of the street, neighborhood and public space. Then, the participation, feedback, and guarantee mechanism of the subject and object authenticity are proposed. This research breaks the boundaries of "material" and "people" thinking in ancient town renewal by introducing the authenticity into the construction of history space. It extends the application of the authenticity greatly, and provides reference for the relevant theories.
