Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition) was established in 1956 and formerly known as Journal of Hangzhou University (Natural Science Edition). It was renamed Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition) in 1998. Professor ZHENG Xiaoming held the position of Editor-in-Chief from 1999 to 2011. From 2012, the role of Editor-in-Chief has been filled by Academician HE Xiantu and Professor ZHANG Fuchun. The journal is sponsored by Zhejiang University, supervised by the Ministry of Education of China, and published by Zhejiang University Press.
The journal is currently indexed in A Guide to the Core Journal of China, Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD), and World Journals Clout Index (WJCI) Report, and has been selected as a Core Journal of China Technology (Source Journal for Chinese Scientific & Technical Papers & Citations).
Aims & Scope
