Product competition was depended on the competition of design and manufacture technology level in the final analysis.No other than applying new idea,adopting new theory,method and principle in design processes,product design quality will be increased,realized design innovation and therefore construct competitive advantage on the market.QFD method was guided by customer’S needs;the key techniques,which affected product quality,were found by QFD.The full new theory for inventive problem solving is TRIZ;it is a very powerful idea to bring technique innovation to success.Taguchi’S method iS a feasible tool to transform innovative result into inexpensive but elegant product.Based on contrasting and analyzing the characteristics of these three methods in detail,the integration of QFD,TRIZ and Taguchi’S method was put forward,it will exert each advantages farthest,compensate each shortages,and thereby realize design quality innovation for satisfying the customers.

It is imperative to research on the ECM theory systemically.The management strategies for ECM across enterprises has been presented.The process view,resource view,organization view and function view of the ECM has been analyzed.Based on the process view ,the interaction between the five views has been constructed. At last,the multiviews modeling ECM system has been performed.

The paper discusses teleoperation of robot based on wireless communication network.It firstly describes its technology principle,analyzes three kinds of teleoperation systems,then analyzes the experiment result based the systems.This paper discusses robot teleoperation by mobile telephone too.A system of robot teleoperation is realized by mobile telephone.These experiments show that it is available that robot teleoperation based on mobile communication network or wireless local network.

This article presents some basic rules pf the design of giant magnetostrictive actuators on the basis of analyses of working characteristics of giant magnetostrictive materials and basic structure and working mechanism of actuators using these smart materials.A giant magnetostrictive actuator is designed for the active vibration control under instruction of these rules,and its trait is tested.According to experiment results the actuator worked as the design objective required,verifying the validity and practicability of these rules.

Transdermal drug delivery is limited by the extraordinary barrier properties of the strarum corneum ,the outer skin.Conventional needles insert across this barrier and into deeper tissue to effectively deliver drug,but can lead to infection and cause pain,thereby reducing patient compliance. The authors have microfabricated very short microneedles that are sufficiently long to penetrate through the stratum corneum ,but short enough not to stimulate nerves in deeper tissue and thus should be painless. These microneedle are created with HNA (HNO 3 4-HF +CH3COOH)etching system ,a silicon isotropic wet etching.

Shoe last lS the solid form around which 3 shoe lS molded.Development Of CAD system for shoe last is the key solution to improve shoe last industry.This paper focuses on the key modeling technologies of shoe last CAD system.Firstly,based on Object-Oriented technology,the design model of shoe last is constructed.Secondly,the point based geometric model of shoe last is defined,the surface point data set after regular processing represent the design geometric and the surface model generated from the data set is used as result displaying and subsequent applications such as NC programming. Finally,the system model that denotes the framework of the whole CAD system is presented.W ith these three models,3 practical shoe last CAD system is realized successfully.

Model reduction is one of the important issues in the dynamics analysis of the multiflexible system .The model coordinate of the flexible appendages added to the system is the reason that causes the order of the system too high.Therefore,the most important question of the model reduction is the selection of the component modes.According to the typical flexible spacecraft ,based on the component modes,the equation of the multi—flexible system is established.The relation of the component modes and system modes is studied.The number of the appendage modes is selected through the modal cost analysis and inner balanced method to build the reduction system.The result iS showed that the above method to build the reduction system iS feasible though MATLAB.

The printing CAD system uses halftone of color printing in order to show the effect of cloud in pringting images.Printing system generally adopts the amplitude modulation because of the speciality of printing crafts.That is to say gridding module-based halftone.In real printing thereasily exists moir6 because of regular gridding module.Trying many methods,people can’t completely avoid moir6.The printing CAD system contains a new method of considering hexagon-based seven circles as a basic halftone grid.Because of the speciality of seven centers of circle,it can not create regular line in any directs.Then it overcomes dependence of regular gridding on images itself.

Although injection machines have been used extensively in industry,only extruder research has been emphasized.A model of the melt conveying section of injectors was established and analysed by the finite element software.And the velocity distribution in the vertical section as well as the output of the injection machine was derived.Based on the results above,the geometrical parameters of the metering section of the screw were optimized to obtain maximum output and minimum energy consumption.The results,about 38 screws,demonstrated that the performance of the optimized screw is better than that of the standard screw.

According to the concept of beam string structure,a kind of circular cantilever beam string roof structure (CBSS)was presented.After the study on the structure in theory,the static and modal experiments were carried out.The analysis of the behavior of CBSS,on the full and half- span load was taken out.Through the modal experiment,the stiffness and dynamic characteristics were verified.Some conclusions are shown as follows:(1)The structure with good mechanical behavior and strong ability to resist asymmetry load,had excellent overall stability (2)The stiffness and the first natural frequency of vibration of CBSS are higher than that of the flexible suspension cable structure. (3)The location of the cables iS given,SO the construction of the structure iS easier than cable dome and the circular cable—truss structure.
