MATLAB realization of dynamic characteristics of new type marine pneumatic digital valve

Abstract  Structural design of this new type of marine pneumatic digital valve is close-loop mechanism. Therefore, it is impossible to increase its stability,speediness and precision simultaneously. The effect of changing model structure parameters and working parameters of valve mechanism on the aforementioned performances is nonlinear and non-dully. Hence, to enhance the comprehensive performance of this digital valve, further analysis and research on its characteristicsmust be taken. The simulation result can guide engineering practice and providereferences for similar research projects.

新型船用气动数字阀动态特性仿真的MATLAB实现

新型船用气动数字阀属于闭环机构的结构设计,所以要同时提高它的稳定性、快速性和精度等性能指标是不可能的,改变阀机构的模型结构参数和工作参数对上述性能指标的影响也是非线性、非单调的。因此,为了提高该数字阀的综合性能,必须对其特性作进一步的分析。通过MATLAB编程对该数字阀动态特性进行仿真,仿真结果对工程实践有一定指导意义,对类似的研究项目也有一定的参考价值。
