Research on reliability design method for pressure vessel

Abstract  On the basis of reliability and optimization design theory, this paper discussed the general method for reliability and optimization design of pressure vessel.
Under the circumstance that stress, strength and other random variables fulfilled normal distribution, taking the minimization of the mess of shell as an objective function, the author established the mathematical model of reliability and optimization design of pressure vessel and developed special corresponding program in VB. By adopting the method presented, a series of local optimization design schemes meeting reliability constraint conditions are obtained for users and manufacturers to select according to specific conditions.

压力容器可靠性优化设计研究

在可靠性优化设计理论的基础上,探讨压力容器可靠性优化设计的一般方法。在应力、强度及其他随机参数均服从正态分布的条件下,以容器壳体金属消耗量最低为设计追求目标,导出压力容器可靠性优化设计的数学模型,用VB语言开发了专用计算机程序。利用该方法和程序,可以得到在一定长径比范围内满足预定可靠性要求的一系列局部优化设计方案,以便用户或制造企业根据实际情况选用。
