Research on strength reliability of pull rod combined rotor based on Kriging surrogate model

Abstract  In view of the complexity of the reliability analysis for the gas turbine pull rod combined rotor, the strength reliability analysis method based on Kriging surrogate model is researched. The proxy response surface was sampled by Latin hypercube sampling, and the stress distribution characteristics of parts at the turbine end of the pull rod combined rotor were obtained. The strength reliability mathematical model of pull rod combined rotor system was established, which was used to study the strength reliability of pull rod combined rotor from the perspective of parts and system. The strength reliability of pull rod combined rotor under the joint influence of uncertainty factors and strength degradation was studied, and the variation rule of strength reliability of pull rod combined rotor was revealed. The study results provide a certain reference for the reliability design, safe and stable operation and shutdown maintenance of the gas turbine unit.

基于Kriging代理模型的拉杆组合转子强度可靠性研究

针对燃气轮机拉杆组合转子可靠性分析的复杂性,研究了基于Kriging代理模型的强度可靠性分析方法。通过拉丁超立方抽样法对代理响应曲面进行采样,得到了拉杆组合转子透平端各零件的应力分布特性;建立拉杆组合转子系统的强度可靠性数学模型,分别从零件与系统的角度研究了拉杆组合转子的强度可靠性;研究不确定性因素和强度退化共同影响下的拉杆组合转子强度可靠性,揭示了拉杆组合转子强度可靠性变化规律。研究结果为燃气轮机机组的可靠性设计、安全稳健性运行及停机检修提供了一定的参考。
