Analysis on static characteristics of digital servo cylinder

Abstract  Static characteristics of digital servo cylinder designed by using helix mechanism have been analyzed.In order to make the structural parameters more compatible with characteristics,an analysis based on simulation was conducted by utilizing Matlab.According to the results obtained,the effects of various structural parameters on stiffness and zero position leakage were discussed,a modification system was designed and some proper structural parameters were determined preliminarily.As a result,under these structural parameters,the digital cylinder possesses a good static characteristics,especially near to a full load,its characteristics and application value are better than those of the conventional one.

数字缸的静态特性分析

对一种利用螺旋机构原理设计的数字液压伺服缸作了静态特性分析.为使结构参数更合理、性能更优,利用Matlab软件进行仿真分析,根据获得的曲线讨论了各结构参数对刚度和零位泄漏量的影响.并通过修正系统设计,初步选定合适的结构参数,使数字缸具有优良的静态特性,特别在接近满负载的工况下,性能更佳,比传统的数字液压伺服缸更具有应用价值.
