A mode of intelligent resource application——knowledge service

Concerning with the horizontal resource structure the[ssues on how to organize and use intelligent resources are discussed.Two points of view are given:(1)Intelligence takes as minimum as an individual human being as its carrier and can only make benefit in a design after organized or integrated with other necessary intelligent resources. (2)The content of an intelligent resource is dynamically changed,no inatter one is very advanced before it will fall behind when it is stopped in renewing itself.The definition and consisting element s of a resource unit are given and its living condition is described.The definition and consisting elements of a design entity are described as well.The author suggests a :node of collaborative work of design entities and resources on Internet·which is called knowledge service.

The reliability optimization design method of the multi—leaf spring with different thickness is discussed.Techniques from the second moment method and constraint random direction method are employed to present the practical and effective method for the reliability optimization design for the multi—leaf spring of vehicle on the condition of known probabilistic characteristics of original random variables.The respective program can be used to obtain the reliability optimization design information of the multi—leaf spring accurately and quickly.

Appling the SAP91 software developed by Algor,the paper computed the stress con-centration factors for shoulder fillets in the stepped shafts in tension.In the main,the computing results are identica1 with the results of the photoelastic tests made by above scholars.Our resuits show that the shaft’s fillet radius can remarkably affect the stress concentration effect,and that the different loading modes or shaft’s lengths can also result in the different factors when 0ther parameters are fixed.

The matrix equat ion of bearing load distribut ion inmult i-support rotor-bearing system is deduced by using a transfer matrix method. The equation maybe used for calculating bearing loads. The response of bearing loads for changes of bearing elevation and load is also analyzed. Load sensitivity matrix and elevation sensitivity matrix are educed. The result of utilizing the e-quation to analyze bearing loads agrees with known performances.

In most current CAD systems,tolerance is just a text attribute of corresponding object.It isn’t effective for integration of CAD/CAM.How to represent and interpretation of toleranee is very necessary for CAD system.A new method based on D0F variation is purposed for straightness.The mathematical representation of straight line is given based on DOF variation. The limitation condition for modeling of straightness is analyzed systematically.The mathematical models of straightness of different conditions are deduced systematically which give a new interpretation for straightness.By using this model,the semantics of tolerance is exactly represented and can be used by the following processing such as tolerance analysis and tolerance verification.

Dataflow language (DFL)is the basis of most virtual instrument oriented visual pro-gramming environment.In order to apply these dataflow—based tools in real-time systems,a well defined real—time semantics must be provided.Though RTL semantics can be used to describe dataflow language,some issues such as the depiction of the asynchronous node and the selection of time scale still have not been solved.A RTL formal depiction of single—rate asynchronous dataflow language is presented.W ith bringing in the state predicates and transition event constants,the key problem of how to depict the asynchronous node can be resolved.

One interface design method for 32 bit VXI register based s[ave instrument is put forward.Its main logic is described through synchronous FSM (flnite state machiBe)and implemented inside one FPGA chip.The architecture and realizing methods are discussed.The interface circuit has been verified for its high density,f[exibi[ity,high data bandwidth in many industry applications.

 On the basis of analyzing the question about matching of rigidity and equip-intensity design of the twin torsion bar, the method of designing the torsion bars is formed. By analyzing the diagram of control bars of double wishbone suspension with twin torsion bar, the geometry characteristic of control bars and calculating method of the suspension' s rigidity are gotten. The question about matching of rigidity is analyzed to ensure suspension' s load and rigidity, and the question about equip-intensity design is analyzed to ensure the equal intensity of the torsion bars. The example proves that the method of matching of rigidity and equip-intensity design of the twin torsion bar is practicable.
