Analysis of Driving Theory of a New Piezoelectric Micromotor

 A new kind of micromotor, which has simple structure and is easy to miniaturized, is presented and the piezoelectric working principle of this motor is also investigated. A mathematic model of vibrator is established. Based on the model, the characteristic of kinematics and dynamics of the motor is analyzed.
An Analytic Solution of Substrate Bonded with Surface Coatings

 Engineering coatings have been developed from single coating into multiple coatings and compound films. There are many applications of multiple coatings. The analysis of mechanical performances of these systems has significant impacts on MEMS technology and so on. The analytic solutions for multi-layed elastic solids have been presented by Fourier transformation based on Airy stress function approach. The comparison with results by ANSYS analysis shows that the solutions presented in this paper are accurate.

 Tolerance analysis is imperative for integration of CAD/CAM. Automatic generation of tolerance chain and its integration with CAD system are studied systematically first. Second, visualization tolerance analysis is proposed and the general processes for it are analyzed. Last, an example illustrates the application of the proposed method.

 This paper introduces FAST (five hundred meter aperture spherical radio telescope) project presented by Chinese scientists. Furthermore, it gives a scheme discussion on mechanical structure of first feed-support system, which is one of the key techniques of FAST. Two driving types, driving by itself and driving by others, are compared for their reliability, responsive velocity, etc. The advantages and shortcomings of several structural designs of driving by itsetf are analyzed in the aspects of motility and driving ability.

 Computer-assisted product-development processes which were intended to satisfy the demand for improved efficiency require new integrated software products. Significant problems may arise, however, where the CAE tools required for product develoment are not sufficiently compatible or poorly integrated with each other. Using the concept of virtual product development, new initiatives are being taken with the aim of eliminating the recognised deficiencies of current CAE applications. Taking as an example of the involvement in the development process of an“Engineering Calculation”department of a supplier to the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors, the methods and procedures being harnessed in order to achieve process optimisation and improved digital communication with the customer are presented.

 Feature-libraries can increase the efficiency of the process of product development. The multipicity of the required features is leading to a high complexity of the library. Therefore it is necessary to use a methodical approach to build a feature-library. To reduce the effort for gathering feature-information specific for a certain branch, feature-libraries have to be interchangeable.Then several companies can work together on building a library. An interchangeability can be reached by using a standardized format to describe feature-information.

 STEP (ISO 10303) describs product model information for life cycle engineering. It is the basis for the exchange of product data, but lacks advanced semantic expression. PLIB (Parts Library, ISO13584) expresses product model information by General Model, Functional Model, Functional View Model and Representation Category. It provides the capabilities to describe product information multi-expert and multi-level perspective. Based on PLIB and STEP, the integrated product model is studied, and the mechanism of product information sharing is also provided.

 It' s an introduction to the configuration of the automatic printer and its control system,as well as a new printing method——“seven-segment dope jet”. The system performs position sensing, oxide-removing, numeral printing and self-washing automatically. Making use of water based dope reduces the cost of the printer, the system turns out to be stable and accurate, which is fatal before it can be widely used.

 Through applying the theory and method of industrial design, the solid model of the diesel engine' s appearance is made and the aesthetic problem of large scale industrial products is also proposed. With CAD, a kind of design principle of products that satisfies visual and functional requirement is developed to solve this problem. The results show that for the modeling design of large scale industrial products the functional and aesthetic requirements ought to be satisfied. It has greater practical value.

 The dynamic following process is completed by two computer communication based on 89C2051 single chip microcomputer and digital logic. In this process the uniform-speedup-motion Sawing follows the uniform-speed-motion Section Bar and incises the preconcerted length. This paper analyses the motion character and control arithmetic and introduces the hardware and software.
