Research on Tolerance Analysis of Visualization

Abstract   Tolerance analysis is imperative for integration of CAD/CAM. Automatic generation of tolerance chain and its integration with CAD system are studied systematically first. Second, visualization tolerance analysis is proposed and the general processes for it are analyzed. Last, an example illustrates the application of the proposed method.

可视化公差分析方法的研究

指出了目前公差分析方法中亟待解决的问题,研究了零件中尺寸/公差链的自动生成及其与CAD系统的有机集成.提出并进行了可视化的公差分析,给出了可视化公差分析的一般步骤,最后给出了实例.
