Research on load sen s itiv ity for multi- support rotor-bear ing system

Abstract  The matrix equat ion of bearing load distribut ion inmult i-support rotor-bearing system is deduced by using a transfer matrix method. The equation maybe used for calculating bearing loads. The response of bearing loads for changes of bearing elevation and load is also analyzed. Load sensitivity matrix and elevation sensitivity matrix are educed. The result of utilizing the e-quation to analyze bearing loads agrees with known performances.

多支承转子轴承系统的负荷敏感度研究

利用传递矩阵法建立了多支承转子轴承负荷分配关系的矩阵方程. 该方程可用于计算轴承的负荷, 分析了标高、负荷变化对轴承负荷的影响, 得出了负荷敏感度矩阵和标高敏感度矩阵. 利用该负荷敏感度矩阵和标高敏感度矩阵对轴承负荷分析所得的结论与实际情况一致.
