Key technologies and system im plementation of distributed collaborative product design& manufacturing

Based on the analysis of new challenges with which m anufacturing industry is faced and characteristics of networked manufacturing, the architecture of W eb—based distributed collaborative design and manufacturing system is put forward and an actual system— — eCW S(ecooperative work system )is developed.Then the main functions of this system and a series of key technologies to implement this system including collaborative system management,collaborative work management,collaborative application,constrain management and conflict resolving,collaborative tools,security control,distributed product data management,etc.are discussed in details. Finally an example of application is introduced.

Research on scheduling of m anufacturing system in recent years is reviewed. The methods with regard to computerized intelligence,especially genetic algorithm s for scheduling are addressed.It is pointed out that considering the system with equipm ent and workers constrained,dual—resource constrained system is important. A synthetic methodology for scheduling is proposed.

 PDM regarded as an information integration frame, which was put forward from the early 1990' s,up till now is continuously a hot field studied by experts at home and abroad, and gradually becomes a kind of competitive strategy of the massive enterprises. This paper looks back to the origin and development of PDM technology, discusses the concept of PDM and its functional system of structure. By synthesizing the studying trends of the present PDM technology, the present development situation of CORBA and WEB-based PDM/CPC architecture is analyzed and the future tendency of development of PDM techniques is looked ahead at the same time.

Layout model is the key of the layout optimizing,its integrality and advanced speciality will influence the efficiency and reliability of layout settlement. Based on functional surfaces decomposing and reconstituting technology,this paper builds the product model and transmission chain based on function surface by that layout relations can be expressed in particular.Application result shows that the layout model build in this paper can express layout relation integrality and has better currency integrality.

Based on the“disassembling toy bricks”mechanics model and the bearings’stiffness matrix which is built by simulated static mechanics,the structure design of the m achine—tool spindle was optimized. The calculational task was considerably reduced by the proper mathematical transformation. It was verified to be available for machine—tool spindle’S volume and stiffness’S optim izing design through the analyses and calculations of various m achine—tool spindle systems.The result of this paper was tested on the M 21 IOA inner—grinding machine.

The structure and the operating principle of micro valveless pump are investigated theoretically and by experim ents.The m athem atical m odel of pressure and flow rate within the micro nozzle/diffuser is established to analyze the effects of nozzle/diffuser parameters on output flow rate of the micro valveless pump. The effects of the structural parameter and driving condition on the operation performance of the pum p are discussed in details. The work provides therefore useful reference for structure optimization as well as the driving diaphragm selection of micro valveless pump.

Adding jetting equipment at the entrance of normal—speed centrifugal pump or before the inducer of high—speed centrifugal pump to improve the suction performance is discussed.The sketch drawings of the axial single-nozzle straight jetting equipment and axial mutil—nozzle diagonal jetting equipment are showed. The theoretical foundation of design and the aim of optimization are also discussed.Using jetting equipment is a new method to improve the suction performance of pump.

A m ethod for im proving the constant speed characteristics of V VVF hydraulic elevator is discussed.W ith the load pressure feedback,the internal leakage of pump that had relation to the load pressure was com pensated.Thus the speed control performance was independent of load pressure. The results of the simulation and experiments show that the constant speed performance of this speed control system has been improved.

 The using of CFD technology provides a new method on the estimation and optimiza-tion of ultrasonic flowmeter parameter. A numerical analysis applied in a specified pipes, and the achieved velocity profiles at some planes fit well with the experiment results at correspondent face. The CFD technology offers a flexible tool to investigate flow effects on different types of flowmeters.

A Ф50 mm prototype swirlmeter is developed for the experience instrum ent designed.Experiments were performed to study setting m ethod of sensor influence on measure of swirlmeter.Two axisym metrical setting piezoelectric press sensors obtained the velocity pressure signals of vortex precession in swirlmeter.Major findings in experience are described as follows.First, the setting method of piezoelectric pressure sensor influence on swirlm eter measure is clear.Second,the best setting of piezoelectric pressure sensor in swirlmeter and method of design sensor are advanced.

A new type of hydraulic control switch with circular adjustment for blocking water in oil well is developed.The structure and principle of the unit switch and the assembled switch are introduced.The design features and application are explained.The equations used for calculating the geometry parameters and the mechanics parameters are obtained,which can give a guidance to the design of this kind of downhole tool.
