Abstract  A m ethod for im proving the constant speed characteristics of V VVF hydraulic elevator is discussed.W ith the load pressure feedback,the internal leakage of pump that had relation to the load pressure was com pensated.Thus the speed control performance was independent of load pressure. The results of the simulation and experiments show that the constant speed performance of this speed control system has been improved.

采用负载压力补偿的变频调速液压电梯控制系统

提出了一种在变负载情况下提高变频调速液压电梯速度控制稳定性的方法.通过实时检测负载压力,对随负载压力变化的螺杆泵的内泄漏量进行补偿,得到与负载压力基本无关的速度控制特性.通过数学模型的仿真分析和系统的实验测试,证明采用这种新型的控制方法的电梯系统具有非常好的速度稳定性.
