Reliability optimization design for multi-leaf spring of vehicle

Abstract  The reliability optimization design method of the multi—leaf spring with different thickness is discussed.Techniques from the second moment method and constraint random direction method are employed to present the practical and effective method for the reliability optimization design for the multi—leaf spring of vehicle on the condition of known probabilistic characteristics of original random variables.The respective program can be used to obtain the reliability optimization design information of the multi—leaf spring accurately and quickly.

车辆用钢板弹簧的可靠性优化设计

介绍了车辆不同厚度钢板弹簧的可靠性优化设计方法在基本随机变量的概率特性已知的情况下,运用二阶矩法和约束随机方向法对钢板弹簧进行了可靠胜优化设计,编制了实用的计算机程序,迅速准确地得到了钢板弹簧的可靠性优化没计信息.
