Dynamic of load-sensing pump with pipe effect considered

Abstract  The load-sensing hydraulic system has been applied to construction machinery wildly. The interaction between load-sensing pump, load and output pipe will cause instability of output pressure and flow easily without carefully design, which decreases control accuracy of actuator and even more will causes damage of pipe or pump. The problem is investigated deeply by theoretical analysis and experiment. Especially, the influence of pipe on the dynamic of load-sensing pump is studied. The conclusions are valuable for the design of load-sensing system.

考虑管路效应的负载敏感泵动态特性分析

以多路阀和负载敏感泵组成的负载敏感控制回路在工程机械中得到了广泛应用,其中负载敏感泵与负载及管路之间的耦合作用很容易引起输出压力和流量的脉动,轻则影响执行器的控制精度,重则导致管道破裂或变量泵提前损坏。针对这一问题,详细分析了带多路执行器的负载敏感泵的动态特性,其中特别研究了管路参数对系统动态特性的影响,为此类系统的设计和调试提供参考。
