Probe into relation between mode and material of transmitting rapier system

Abstract  By FEA method, dynamic analysis and calculation are conducted on transmitting rapier system. Aiming at different materials of transmitting rapier system module griper heads, bands and wheels, natural frequency and every order frequency modal shapes of transmitting rapier system are solved. The results show that different materials of transmitting rapier systems generate little difference in natural frequency but no difference in modal shape. The results provide references for improvement of designing and developing transmitting rapier system structure and selection of different materials.

传剑系统模态与材料的关系探讨

采用有限元分析方法,对传剑系统进行了动态分析、计算。针对传剑系统组件——剑带、剑头、传剑轮之不同材料,分别求出传剑系统的固有频率及各阶固有振型,并对计算结果进行分析比较。研究结果显示,传剑系统组件不同材料组合中,各组之间固有频率差别不大,材料对传剑系统振型没有影响。研究结果对完善现有设计及发展新的传剑系统结构设计提供参考,也为传剑系统不同材料组件的选用提供参考。
