Abstract A technical route for synthesizing the highgrade liquid fuel with the products of biomass pyrolysis was proposed. Experimental research on different paths in the route was conducted to obtain the clean motor fuel with high quality. Based on the optimized technological process in a fluidized bed reactor and the characteristic of Chinese biomass species, seven different biomass materials belonging to three species were selected as the samples, and a series of experiments were conducted for the production of biooil. The influences of biomass species to the yields and the properties of biooil were investigated. The diversities of biooil composition derived from different biomass species were presented based on the gas chromatographymass spectrometer (GCMS) analysis. Furthermore, the emulsification performance of different biooil with diesel was studied. The heating value of the emulsified fuel is close to that of diesel, and the viscosity accords with the national standard for light diesel oil, showing the potential for its commercial use. The distillates of biooil were separately upgraded by esterification, hydrogenation and gasification after pretreated by the molecular distillation.

生物质快速热裂解制取高品位液体燃料
提出以生物质热裂解技术为核心、利用产物合成高品位液体燃料的技术路线,并针对路线中的不同途径开展试验研究,得到清洁高品质动力燃料.在优化了流化床热裂解工艺流程的基础上,针对我国生物质种类的特点,选取3大类7种不同生物质物料进行制取生物油的试验研究,考察物料种类对热解生物油产率和性质的影响,并利用色谱质谱联用技术(GCMS)分析比较不同种类生物质热解生物油的组分差异.进一步研究不同种类生物质热解生物油与柴油的乳化性能,乳化燃料在热值上接近柴油,黏度符合国家轻柴油标准,具有进入商业应用的可能.液体产物生物油经过分子蒸馏预处理后,对不同馏分分别采用酯化、加氢和气化等方法进行生物油精制.
