摘要:

为研究新型液压执行元件双侧驱动轴向柱塞马达的扭矩脉动,在考虑配流盘三角槽和闭死角影响的前提下,推导出双侧驱动轴向柱塞马达的瞬态扭矩公式.仿真分析扭矩特性,得出不同内外排柱塞数的奇偶性、交错角、平均扭矩对双侧驱动轴向柱塞马达扭矩特性的影响.结果表明:当内外排柱塞数均为奇数时,扭矩脉动优于内外排柱塞数均为偶数;存在交错角的扭矩脉动较小,内外排柱塞数均为奇数的最优交错角为其理想周期的1/4,内外排柱塞数均为偶数的最优交错角为其理想周期的1/2;内外排平均扭矩相等有利于降低扭矩脉动率;闭死角导致双侧驱动轴向柱塞马达产生扭矩突跳,且闭死角越大,扭矩突跳越明显,但交错角能显著降低扭矩的突跳值.

Abstract:

The transient torque computational formula of axial piston motor with dual driving was deduced considering the influence of the triangular groove and stagger angle on the port plate in order to analyze the torque characteristic. Simulated analysis was conducted to analyze the torque characteristic  under different parities, staggers and average torques of the pistons inside and outside. Results show that the torque ripple in the pistons inside and outside with odd numbers were superior to those with even numbers. The torque ripple can be reduced by the stagger angle. The optimal stagger angle was a quarter of its ideal period when the numbers of the pistons inside and outside are odd, and the optimal stagger angle is a half of its ideal period when the numbers of the pistons inside and outside are even. The torque ripple can be reduced when the average torque inside is equal to the average torque outside. The abrupt change of the torque was caused by the blocking angle of the port plate, and more abrupt changes  lead to more significant blocking angles. The abrupt change of the torque can be significantly reduced by the stagger angle.
