Reliability analysis for interference fit of starter bearing seat repair-bushing

Abstract  In order to demonstrate the feasibility of a repair method of
bearing seat on a certain airplane starter and the rationality of the parameters adopted
in repairbushing interference fit structural, the reliability of repair-bushing
interference fit has been studied. With the factors, which will induce repair-bushing
looseness or bearing seat flaw, set as random variables, the reliability model has been
established. The finite element calculation of repairbushing interference fit has been
accomplished base on ANSYS, and the finite element calculation results have been examined
by experiment. According to the reliability model of repairbushing interference fit and
the results of finite element calculation, the reliability of repair-bushing interference
fit was calculated. The calculation results and the practical applications show that the
design of repair-bushing interference fit structural parameters is reasonable, and the
repair method which is feasible and effective has a high reliability.

起动机轴承座修复衬套过盈联接的可靠性分析

为论证某型飞机起动机轴承座修复方法的可行性和修复衬套过盈联接结构参数的合理性,对修复衬套过盈联接的可靠性进行研究.将导致修复衬套松动和轴承座
胀裂的因素作为随机变量,建立修复衬套过盈联接的可靠度模型.基于ANSYS对修复衬套过盈联接进行了有限元计算,并对有限元计算结果进行了实验验证.根据修复衬套过盈联接的可靠度模型和有限元计算结果,计算得出修复衬套过盈联接的可靠度.计算结果和实际应用情况表明,修复衬套过盈联接结构参数设计合理,修复方法可行、有效,且具有高可靠性.
