Optimization design of parameters in feeding system driven by linear motor based on APDL

Abstract  This paper focuses on a new type of feeding system of high-speed CNC machine driven by linear motor, which takes high feeding rate, big acceleration, quick response and high accuracy of orientation as its features. To insuring the above features, reducing the table's weight with a guaranty of enough rigidity is necessary. To implement its structural optimization design, the method- establishing its parametric model by adopting APDL and then conducting optimization analysis on its size parameters by utilizing the optimization module in ANSYS- is feasible. Through such method, the structure of working table with high degree of light weight can be achieved, which can sufficiently fulfill the design requirements.

基于APDL的直线电机进给驱动平台的参数优化设计

介绍了一种采用直线电机的高速数控机床新型进给系统,具有进给速度高、加速度大、响应速度快、定位精度高等特点。为保证响应速度快,驱动平台在足够的必要刚度下,应尽量减少其质量。对其结构进行优化设计,可先利用APDL建立它的参数化模型,然后用ANSYS的优化模块对其结构的尺寸参数进行优化分析,得到轻量化程度高、满足设计要求的工作平台结构。
