管片拼装机提升缸模糊PID同步控制

针对提升装置同步误差影响盾构管片拼装工作效率与质量的问题,提出双比例阀提升液压缸同步控制方法.建立双比例阀同步提升系统的数学模型,对双比例阀PID控制与模糊PID控制的同步控制性能进行仿真对比分析.在盾构电液控制系统综合实验台上进行单比例阀同步提升实验、双比例阀普通PID同步提升实验与双比例阀模糊PID同步提升实验,结果表明,单比例阀普通PID同步误差在-0.002~+0.020 m,双比例阀普通PID同步误差在-0.010~0.006 m,双比例阀模糊PID同步误差在-0.004~0.005 m,双比例阀模糊PID的控制可显著提高盾构管片拼装机提升液压缸同步控制精度.
