摘要:

基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)和形态学方法在产品设计原理求解中具有的时序相关性与功能互补性,提出集成形态学矩阵和TRIZ冲突解决原理的设计过程模型.该模型体系包括概念模型、流程模型以及关联模型,分别从过程理念、设计流程、方法关联三方面进行了建模,遵循螺旋式自顶向下的设计特征.以系统设计方法为背景,将形态学分析的适用范围拓展到概念层,展开原理解的组合性分析,使得在设计前端即可发现耦合问题;将冲突解决原理在原理解的产生与设计解耦两方面进行综合应用,以保证设计过程的连贯性与设计结果的创新性.以手持电钻的创新研发过程为例,验证了面向新设计的双矩阵应用过程以及面向变型设计的嵌套子循环实现过程,证明了该模型及方法在针对不同设计问题时的灵活性与可操作性.

Abstract:

Based on the temporal correlation and function complement between morphological methods and theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) on generating and analyzing the principle solutions in product design process, a doublematrix integrated model which combined morphological matrix and conflict resolving principles was proposed. The model system consists of concept model, process model and relation model which build models from approach idea, design process and relations between methods respectively, and follows a topdown spiral design approach. Based on the background of systematic design approach, the applicable scope of morphological analysis is extended to concept level by the model, and the combination capability of principle solutions can be analyzed, so that the coupling problems can be found in the early front-end of design process; the conflict resolving principles ars used on generating solutions and solving design decoupling in order to ensure the continuity of the design process and the creativity of the results. Taking the innovative development process of a hand driller as an example, the application process of the double-matrix on new product design and the implementation of the nested sub-cycle on variant design were validated, and the flexibility and operability of the model when facing deferent designing problems were proved.
