摘要:

针对某大型闪速炼铜余热锅炉辐射冷却室的水动力性能设计问题,提出一种垂直蛇形管水冷壁水动力特性分析的理论模型,重点讨论热负荷引起管内工质含汽率变化对垂直蛇形管水冷壁管重位压降的影响.基于流场数值模拟结果获得的水冷壁热负荷分布进行水冷壁节流圈的设计,进而对水冷壁有、无节流圈条件下的出口含汽率分布、阻力及脉动特性进行比较分析.分析结果表明:在闪速炼铜余热锅炉的水冷壁中采用基于热负荷分布所设计的节流圈不仅能够有效调配的工质流量,还有助于消除由热负荷波动引起的流量脉动,有效改善水冷壁的水动力特性.

Abstract:

 According to the hydrodynamic performance design problem of the radiation chamber of a large waste-heat boiler for copper flash smelting, a theoretical hydrodynamic analysis model of vertical serpentine tube water wall was proposed, and the influence of vapor content rate variation caused by heating load on gravity differential pressure of the vertical serpentine tube water wall was discussed specially. The throttle rings in the water wall was designed based on the heat flux distribution of water wall acquired from flow field numerical simulation. Moreover, the distribution characteristics of outlet vapor content rate as well as the resistance and fluctuation characteristics of the water wall under with or without the throttle rings conditions were discussed. Analysis results show that the use of the throttle rings in the water wall of the waste-heat boiler for copper flash smelting which are designed based on heating load distribution can not only help to adjust the water flow rate distribution, but also help to eliminate the flow flux fluctuation caused by heat flux fluctuation, therefore, can improve the hydrodynamic characteristics of the water wall effectively.
