High performance compensation current control strategy of #br# single-phase SVG

Abstract  

To deal with the characteristics of single-phase grid a double-loop control strategy of PI and repetitive control compound controller (PI+REP) is introduced to improve the compensation performance of single-phase static var generator (SVG). The PI controller is designed according to the mathematics model of system. And the outer repetitive controller is designed based on the frequency characteristics of inner closed-loop. It can combine superior dynamic performance and robustness of PI controller at low frequency with high tracking accuracy towards periodic signals of the repetitive one, and greatly improve the output performance of single-phase SVG. Frequency characteristics analysis indicates that the system phase lag caused by conventional PI controller is eliminated at the fundamental frequency and less than 4.5° within 500 Hz. Simulation and experimental results show that the accuracy of reactive power compensation and ability of harmonic suppression of single-phase SVG are both improved by using proposed control strategy.

单相SVG高性能补偿电流控制技术

针对单相静止无功发生器(SVG)应用场合无法获得瞬时无功、谐波丰富、工况复杂等特点,以提高单相SVG无功补偿精度,增强装置谐波抑制能力为目的,引入单相SVG系统PI加重复控制(PI+REP)的双环控制策略,根据系统数学模型设计数字PI内环,通过内环频率特性设计重复控制外环,将PI控制器低频段优越的动态性能和鲁棒性,与重复控制对周期信号高跟踪精度相结合,改善装置基波补偿精度和谐波抑制能力.频率特性分析表明,该控制策略可以有效消除传统PI控制在基波频率的相位滞后,并将500 Hz以内的相位滞后降低到4.5°以内.仿真和实验结果显示,在该控制策略下单相SVG的无功补偿精度和谐波抑制能力均得到了明显提高.
