基于物元可拓性的配置规则衍生技术

摘要:

随着配置产品日益复杂化和大型化,对配置规则的灵活性和可扩充性提出了更高的要求,为此,构建了产品配置规则基础物元,包括配置约束物元和组件实例物元、配置约束物元表达规则的条件部分和组件实例物元表达规则的结论部分,以物元函数的方式实现配置规则的物元统一表达;根据物元的可拓展特性,运用发散、可扩、相关、共轭等拓展方法研究配置规则衍生技术,并建立基于物元的产品配置规则衍生模型,增强了产品配置规则表达的灵活性和可扩充性,降低了产品配置规则获取难度;以电除尘器阳极系统配置规则为例,说明了基于物元可拓性的产品配置规则衍生.

Abstract:

With the improvement of the complex of configuration product, the current modeling method of product configuration rule lacks the supports to flexibility and extension of configuration rule. The matter-element of product configuration rule was defined as including configuration constraint and component instance. The condition of configuration flue was expressed by the matterelement of configuration constraint. The conclusion of configuration flue was expressed by the matterelement of component instance. The configuration rule was described by the combination of matter-element function. And then, the model of product configuration rule was established by the extensible methods of matter-element which including divergent extension method, expansive extension method, correlated extension method and conjugated extension method. So, the capability of extension and flexibility was enhanced, and the difficulty of acquisition of configuration rule was reduced. An example of project implementation under the architecture was given to illustrate the relevant enable technologies for the mentioned methods.
