摘要:

为了高效地利用源头分类提质的生活垃圾制备的衍生燃料,利用Aspen Plus 软件模拟和流化床焚烧实验对比研究物料配比、焚烧温度对焚烧垃圾衍生燃料过程中CO、SO2、NO、HCl的排放特性影响.结果表明:RDF中随着塑料质量分数的增加,CO质量浓度减少而NO质量浓度增多,SO2质量浓度增加缓慢到35%塑料时趋于平缓,含塑料质量分数为10%的RDF时 HCl质量浓度最低,为260 mg/m3,塑料质量分数从35%增至45%时,HCl质量浓度增幅较大,从658 mg/m3增加到1021 mg/m3;随着焚烧温度的升高,CO质量浓度明显降低,当升至850 ℃时排放质量浓度基本不变,NO质量浓度增加较大,SO2质量浓度升高缓慢,达到850 ℃时NO质量浓度随温度的升高基本不变,HCl质量浓度有增大变化的趋势.

Abstract:

The influence of material ratio and incineration temperature on the emission feature of main gaseous pollutants including CO、SO2、NO、HCl generated in the process of refuse derived fuel incineration was analyzed in order to effectively use refuse derived fuel prepared by the source-classified garbage. The results of Aspen Plus simulation and fluidized bed incineration experiment were compared. Results show that the CO mass concentration decreases and the NO mass concentration increases, but the SO2 mass concentration increases slowly with the plastic mass fraction increases in the RDF and levels off with the plastic mass fraction being 35%. The HCl mass concentration reaches the minimum with the plastic mass fraction being 10% and the minimum value is 260 mg/m3. The HCl mass concentration increases largely with the plastic mass fraction increasing from 35% to 45%, and the HCl mass concentration increases from 658 mg/m3 to 1021 mg/m3. With the incineration temperature going up, CO mass concentration decreases obviously. The CO emission mass concentration does not change when the temperature is 850 ℃. NO mass concentration increases largely and SO2 mass concentration increases slowly. The NO emission mass concentration does not change when the temperature is 850 ℃, and HCl mass concentration has an increasing trend.
