ProMeKreis-design guideline for developing easily recyclable products

Within the public founded ProMeKreis project,the author developed methods for recycling friendly design,which are available as a guideline(“Leitfaden fur die recyclinggerechte Produktentwicklung”).This guideline is meant as a comprehensible,compact tool for the development of products,allowing for easy refurbishing,upgrading and/or utilisation.Focus on systematical investigation and optim isation of utilisation processes with respect to the processed goods results in a significant improvement of the design process with respect to utilisation(concept of “utilisation classes”).

Fieldbus is a distributed, open-communication control system. Compared control modes of M AC with other fieldbus system ,pointed that PROFIBUS is a real-time token bus control system.Described network structure and system control mode of W M BPS (weighting measurement banding pinstamp stencil)rebuilding using PROFIBUS(process field bus).This mode improved the signal transfer stability,shortened the time limit for a project,reduced the rebuild workload and made a prominent effect.

Finite state machines(FSMs)provide a powerful way for modeling reactive systems.Although FSM has stronger expression ability after it is extended with many advanced features and visual statechart diagrams,its implementation often suffers from bad reusability and maintenance problems.The traditional ways for FSM implementation,such as structure approach and state pattern,do not address these problems because their software structures are too simple to match the statechart diagrams.By providing more structure and event-triggered mechanism ,a new object-oriented FSM implementation framework is presented as well as the event-dispatching algorithm.The new software framework explicitly describes all the core elements and associations between these elements in the FSM and separates the behavior from the structure.Therefore,not only can this framework make the software more reusable and flexible,but also can improve the maintenance and robustness.

PDM (product data management)is developed for helping engineers manage information,deal with graphs of technology,design model and control flow of work.PDM is also the central control of data management and processes management of enterprises.The author proposes that for big enterprises,especially MNC,distributing lists can be used to satisfy the needs of managing large deal of data.

Due to shortage of parametric CAD,this article proposed a means of facing project and functional constrains.Three methods dealing with functional constrains were analyzed.Constrains were divided into three type:project constrains,assembly constrains and geometric constrains. Feature based param etric m odel m ethods was adopted,which w as expressed with three layer system configuration of application layer,description layer and graphic layer.The relation between project constrains and geometric constrains was established.So parametric design systern can be driven by not only geometric parameter but also project parameter,which extend the supporting range of CAD technology to design process.

Refrigerating performance test is one of the key measurement in the final stage of refrigerator manufacture. A multi-points test system specially designed for medium to small size enterprises is discussed.Composed of three parts,namely test line,64-route Temperature Patrol Instrument and PC,the test system can check as many as 2 048 points at one time.Design methods,analysis of temperature curve and problems encountered in application are stated in details.The system has been applied by some refrigerator manufacturers in Zhejiang Province,China.

The authors design and fabricate a new bar capacitive micro-mechanical accelerometer.Its air slide—film damping is studied.The test results indicate that the quality factor Q of the bar structure accelerometer is 504.The bar capacitive testing structure having high Q can be used in the tesing mode of micromechanical gyroscope which is not necessary to be encapsulated in the vacuum ,can work at the atmosphere having high Q.The testing result of the gyroscope having bar structure indicate that the Q can reach 715 in the atmosphere environment.

Based on character of giant m agnetostrictive material,a micro-displacement driving actuator is designed. The constitution of magnetic field of actuator is analyzed,and magnitude of working current is computed.According to the request of system ,a steady power supply is designed.The results of analysis show that the power supply can satisfy the request,and that giant magnetostrictiVe rod works in linear magnetic field.

Laser guidance is the navigation technology used at large by the AGV(automated guided vehicle)systems,whose prominent merit is its good flexibility and high precision.The basic concept of AGV ,forms of navigation,structure of vehicle and mobile control method are described.The theory for calculating the position and heading of a vehicle assisted by laser scanning systems iS detailed.Combined with the motor dead-reckoning,the structure and software function of the intelligent navigation system assisted by laser are presented.

Network-oriented remote elevator monitor system based on the technology of network and embedded system ,ha s offered US the intelligent information elevator through directly connecting the elevator to internet.It will satisfy the users by displaying a new product conception and service idea.The present paper,analyzing the features of three-ties level structure,proposes the designing method of network·-oriented remote elevator monitor system and particularly analyzes the client tier,application tier and database tier.The system running a long time,has earned great economical and social benefits.

This paper summarizes the research actuality of deployable mast at home and abroad.Rod-cable deployable mast is widely used for space applications and is available in many dif ferent configurations. It is higher stiffness, structural efficiency and precision than previousconcepts.The primary technique requirements are presented, which comprise high compressed rate, high stif fness, deployable dependability , low mass, structural efficiency and precision and outer space environment requirements. The basic design theory and method are described with a design project of rod-cable deployable put forward. The deploy able mechanism of a modular is discussed particularly and the deployable structure model is made accordingly. Finally, the analysis result
of dynamic features about rod-cable deployable mast are given out , which include modal analysis,frequency response analysis, pulse response analysis. The results of the analysis can be used as the reference for practical application.

The structural design of prestressed concrete transfer girder for supporting eight-floor fram e is introduced,which includes the analysis of force,the arrangement of prestressed reinforcement,the design of sections,the simulation analysis of actual construction and the measurement during the prestressing process.Some problems which should be paid attention to and the respective measures are put forward.The transfer girder has been realized with its load carrying performance improved。crack resistance increased and serviceability satisfied.The conclusion presented will be practical to the similar projects.

The arithmetic of coordinates transformation 1S one 0 the core techniques in the ECDIS electronic chart display and information system based on GPS(global position system ).For the complex traditional arithm etic that is difficult to be applied to practice,this paper presents arithmetic of the coordinates transform ation from geodetic coordinates to plane rectangular coordinates and screen coordinates.Especially,it presents contrary transformation from plane rectangular coordinates to geodetic coordinates based on sim ple iteration.The test results indicate that it provides a high precision.And it’S useful for reference to other navigation system.
