Abstract PDM (product data management)is developed for helping engineers manage information，deal with graphs of technology，design model and control flow of work．PDM is also the central control of data management and processes management of enterprises．The author proposes that for big enterprises，especially MNC，distributing lists can be used to satisfy the needs of managing large deal of data．
