Design and sim ulation of baffle of fume hood

Abstract  To solve the poor adaptability of fume hood to smoke,the author designs a new type of baffle.and conducts numerical simulation on it by adopting K-ε turbulent flow model and twophase flow theory.The result of computation has shown that with a range of smoke quantity,the proposed baffle can effectively separate smoke from the inlet of fume hood and smoothly have the smoke pushed out.Its security and adjustability has been greatly improved.

通风橱导流板的设计与模拟

为解决通风橱对烟气适应能力差的问题,设计了一种导流板.采用K-ε湍流模型,应用两相流理论.对通风橱的流场进行了数值模拟.计算表明,在一定的烟气量范围内,导流板能够有效地将烟气与通风橱的入口隔开,保证烟气的顺利排出,使通风橱的安全性和适应能力得到明显提高.
