Research on numerical simulation of warm drawing of cup

Abstract  Temperature is an important factor affecting warm drawing. Warm drawing process of stainless steel cup is simulated by FEM software PAM-STAMP. The influence of temperature on warm drawing is analyzed, which provides foundation for the establishment of warm drawing process of cup.

筒形件温差拉深数值模拟研究

温差拉深时,温度是影响成形的重要因素。用PAMSTAMP对不锈钢筒形件的温差拉深工艺进行了模拟,分析了温度对温差拉深的影响,为筒形件温差拉深工艺的制定提供了依据。
