Research on intelligent workflow model and drive

An intelligent workflow model based on Workflow Reference Model as well as a general, agile and adaptive workflow control method—Arc Line Control Method are proposed. This method requires only a few simple elements, such as Condition Sets and Flow Direction, but can solve the transition problem of different process patterns and also can be easily explained and controlled by engine. Additionally, research on model, principle, method and implementation of Workflow Intelligent Handle is carried out and Task Processing Engine (Arbitration)as well as Task Processing Information Library (TPIL) is put forward. Workflow Intelligence is implemented by task processing ability of arbitration and the integrality and expandability of TPIL. Selecting optimal execution method and processingautomatic handling of tasks described with natural language are realized through global search, which enhances and reinforces the workflow intelligence.

Disassembly hybrid graph model based on modular design

Disassembly modeling is the basis of disassembly sequence planning and the key of green design. During the conventional process of disassembly sequence planning, with the increase of the number of parts, disassembly sequences mayexplode exponentially. To solve this problem, the paper proposes a new method for disassembly modeling based on modular design. Firstly, directed and nod-directed graph concepts in graphic theory are applied to represent constraint relations between parts-components in assembly. Then, directed and non-directed graph are combined to hybrid graph and then hybrid disassembly model is established. Secondly, sub-assembly is generated by employing part-united rule in modular design. The hybrid model for modular design in disassembly sequences planning is implemented by combining modular design with hybrid model. This model can effectively solve the “exploding problem” aroused by edges and vertexes in graph theory.Finally, computer box is taken as an example to demonstrate the validity of this model.

Application interface technology of real-time database in industrial process monitoring and control system

Aiming at the application of industrial real-time database in a petrifaction enterprise, an interface scheme among a real-time database, DCS and Web Windows is presented. This scheme is developed in Windows 2000 server and applies the technologies of multi-thread, anonymous pipe and Winsock. Long-term operation demonstrates that this scheme is reliable, stable and valid, which has achieved design objectives.

Creative design for training device of tank gun shooting

In order to meet the requirement of some tank gun shooting training with automatic bullet-loading system, and simultaneously taking actual situation of such armament into account, on the basis of the principles of utility and validity, this new device referred adopts some innovative design suchas electric control, spiral rifle bolt blockage, revolver-drum for bullet-providing and bullet-gathering, and so on, by which automatically work inside boreis implemented. It also fulfills the design requirements of shooting speed of tank gun and has reliable rifle bolt blockage and good adaptability as well. Furthermore, this device can gather cartridges in order. The whole device has the advantages of simple structure and easy control, which fully satisfy the design requirements of training device of tank gun shooting.
