Research on product technical forecasting system based on TRIZ evolution theory

Product technical forecasting is one of the most effective methods to keep enterprises competitive for a long term and TRIZ technical evolution theory is the most vital and superior one in numerous product technical forecasting methods. Taking TRIZ technical evolution theory as basis, adopting advanced computer software programming technology——Windows 2000, Visual basic 6.0, Access Database, DAO database exchange technology, product technical forecasting system has been developed. This system is comprised by 8 modules, namely system maintenance, product database, product technical maturity forecasting, technical evolution route analyzing, knowledge database of technical evolution rules, engineering report forms, edit and help module. Through application of this system, product technical maturity can be implemented and possible technical evolution patterns or evolution routes could be provided for product, which makes the former manual work into automatic work. This system is capable to enable enterprises to hold the trends of product technology, develop new kinds of products satisfying consumers’ requirements and finally realize product innovation.
Similarity measurement between vague sets and their application in scheme decision

Taking the aim at a new generation of Zadeh's fuzzy sets-Vague sets, 3-D meaning of membership degree, influence of uncertain membership degree upon certain membership degree and negative membership degree, and expression of Euclidean Distance were described. Furthermore, a similarity measurement between Vague sets and a decision method of engineering design schemes were presented. In engineering design scheme decision, similarity between Vague sets is a measurement to evaluate how the design scheme is close to the ideal one. The bigger the similarity measurement value is, the better the design scheme is. Finally, feasibility and reasonability of similarity measurement  of Vague sets in engineering design scheme decision are demonstrated through illustrations. 
Customer requirement retrieval for product based on fuzzy sets and entropy

In the early phase of product design, whether analysis and retrieval of customer requirements for product function and its degree of importance are successful or not have direct relationship to the quality of product design objectives and later phases of product development. A valid approach to retrieve customer requirement based on fuzzy sets and entropy is presented. According to the results of survey for customer requirements, function abstracting principle of customer requirement is firstly established. Besides, fuzzy matrices are adopted to represent requirements of each customer. And then these matrices are further simplified based on the concept of entropy and finally the ranking of importance of customer requirement for product is obtained. The advantage of this approach is that it can reflect customer requirements subjectively and fuzzily.

To solve the problem of optimization design of parallel robot manipulators, an optimization method based on Orthogonal Experiment Method and Genetic Algorithm is proposed. On the basis of discussing the basic principles of the above two methods, compares in the aspects of the ways to hunt optimal solution and corresponding relationships among the parameters are conducted and then the method to construct the initial population of generic algorithm with orthogonal table is introduced. A method of “one generation” orthogonal-genetic algorithm test method that is applicable to greater design variables and unmanageable fit function is put forward. This method can be applied in structural optimization design of a new type of four DOF parallel robot manipulators and the optimal scheme of the mechanism’s geometric dimensions can be obtained by taking the global condition index of mechanism as objective functions. Illustrations have demonstrated this method effective.

Virtual Assemble is a key application of Virtual Reality Technology in Manufacture Industry. With the assistance of Virtual Reality Technology, Virtual Assemble can be carried out during design stage. Study on dynamic VRML scene, control of Virtual Assemble and Collision check-up of mechanical product visualization assemble technology in the environment of network manufacture is conducted. And then, a system handing operations of virtual product model to server is advanced, which solves the deficiency of traditional virtual assemble technology in collision check-up. In addition, a method through saving the key moving points of parts and then adjusting and controlling the moving path is put forward, which reduces the load of VRML programming.
Study on multi-body dynamics simulation of linkage based on ADAMS

Taking flexible linkage as research object, simulation research on crank-block mechanism by applying multi-body system dynamics is conducted. An ADAMS-based model of mechanism prototype machine is established and influence of linkage flexibility under high-speed and heavy-load on system performance is obtained by dynamic simulation. Through vibration mode of linkage, principle of system performance change is analyzed and then calculation and analysis of dynamic stress distribution on linkage are carried out by utilizing FEA method. This makes mechanism service life prediction during structural design stage possible and implements the design of mechanism virtual prototype machine.

Taking a four-task and four-priority real time processing system as an example and by analyzing its construction process, implementation principles and software design method, a multitask real time processing system based on TMS320LF2407 MPU was designed. Combined with engineering project, the application of this multitask real time processing system in diesel engine electrical control system was illustrated. The results indicated that this system was easy to design, convenient to implement and outstanding in effect.

Thrust-offset gear coupling is a crucial transmission device for submersible progressive cavity pumping system, with the functions of transferring torque, bearing axial pressure and changing moving form. It has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, less energy loss, and long life span. By adopting optimization design theory, optimization model of thrust-offset gear coupling in 7" pipe ESPCP system is established and the optimal gear radial and tangential modification coefficients are sought corresponding to different eccentricities, through which the aim of increasing daily petroleum output and coupling transmission torque are realized. The economic benefit of crude oil exploitation is enhanced as well. This paper mainly introduces objective function, constraint condition and hunting optimum solution method, and finally a practical example is given.

Design of control system on electronic jacquard machine facing network is described with details, which includes electric cabinet design based on embedded system, construction of server and function of terminal support. This method can achieve the same performance of the foreign counterparts but with much lower cost.

To solve design problem of transportation capacity, caused by two or more AGVs in AGVS competing the same resource, a time window technology based on greedy algorithm is presented. Simulation experiments indicate that this method can completely solve this problem and meantime maximize the transportation capacity of this system.

This paper presents a new biped mechanism. A single spatial four-bar mechanism with two degrees of freedom is adopted as the body of the biped mechanism. In comparison with traditional walking machines with multi-links and multi-actuators, the new biped mechanism has the advantage of simple structure and control system. The structural principle is introduced and its stability is analyzed. Finally, a prototype is developed to verify the feasibility of the proposed concept.

A new type of circular friction device, applied in gate operating mechanism of water turbine to provide overload protection for guide vane, is presented. It adopts a new preload structure (FROMO® preloadnut). Through compare with structures of break pin protection device and end plane protection device and analysis of experimental data, the results indicate that this device is simple and convenient in setting friction torque, which has good consistency and accuracy , and makes the mechanism have good performance of reapplication.

Analysis of loads, pre-tension force and stress of foundation screw of ladle turrets under variable work conditions is conducted. Under the co-action of upper structure and foundation, different sections and positions of reinforced concrete foundation were under complicated state of stress. Loads of foundation screws are alternative stretching ones, which will trigger fatigue failure of foundation screws or interface failure between anchor bolt of foundation screws and foundation concrete, and result in looseness of foundation screws. Ultimate state analysis of carryingcapacity and tensile fatigue analysis are conducted according to basic combination of loads effect and standard combination of loads effect respectively. Design of foundation screws through allowable stress design method is presented. By considering the influence of low loads coefficient of ladle turret, checking computation by taking variable amplitude fatigue as constant amplitude fatigue is done. Through analysis of cohesion and frictional force in interface between anchor bolt of foundation screw and foundation concrete, anchor board of foundation screw and foundation concrete are designed based on concrete local bearing.
