Analysis of the vibration of steel-rope of monocable circulating carrying tramway

Abstract  he enormous vibration of steel-rope in the carrying tramways
will bring about falling cabin or steel-rope, and affect the comfort of the passengers in
the passenger tramways. Research has been carried out on the vibration of steel-rope of
carrying tramways. By established physical models, analysis showed that vibration was
rapidly increasing when the frequency of heavy cabin in the steel-rope and natural
frequency of a vibration mode were very close. It meant that the resonance phenomenon
occurred. The model and analysis were proved to be correct.And some effective methods were
proposed to reduce vibration. They are helpful to solve the vibration of carrying tramway
and passenger tramway.

单线循环式货运索道钢丝绳振动分析

钢丝绳振动过大,会造成货运索道掉斗甚至掉索,也给客
运索道的乘客带来不舒适感,因此,对货运索道钢丝绳振动进行了研究.建立钢丝绳振动的物理模型,对
其振动的原因进行分析.分析表明:当重斗进入钢丝绳的频率与某一振型的固有频率接近时振动会迅速
加剧,即发生共振现象.在某索道的实践证明了所建模型及分析的正确性.提出了减小振动的一些有效方
法,对解决货运、客运索道的振动问题具有一定的指导意义.
