Design and heat exchange performance research of motor-used water-jacket tube-type exhaust heat exchanger

Abstract  It is of profound significance to recycle automobile waste heat to heat automobiles and defrost their windshields. The exhaust heat exchanger is the most important part of water-exhaust heating systems. Aiming at their special operating requirements, a new kind of water-jacket tube type heat exchanger was proposed. Research on the heating performance of this type heat exchanger was carried out by numerical simulations and contrast experiments. The result shows that the proposed heat exchanger has a high heat exchange efficiency, and it can completely fulfill the demand of bus heating and defrosting in winter. However, it has a great effect on the exhaust back pressure under high working conditions, so it is necessary to add an exhaust by-pass control system.

车用列管水套式排气换热器的设计与换热性能研究

回收汽车余热进行供暖和除霜具有很现实的意义.排气换热器是水暖式排气采暖系统的最重要部件,针对排气换热器的特殊使用要求,设计了一种新型的列管水套式排气换热器,通过数值仿真和对比试验相结合的方式对其换热性能进行了研究.结果表明:新设计的列管水套式换热器具有较高的换热效率,完全能满足客车冬季的供暖和除霜需求;但在较高工况时对排气背压有较大影响,因此需对排气换热器进行排气旁通控制.
