Abstract Through demand analysis, based on the reality of enterprises, the integrated model of a heterogeneous Web environment ERP system was constructed and its functional structure was put forward. And then the key technology to implement it was analyzed in details, which provided a coordinating platform for real-time interaction among multiple enterprises. To sharing and co-constructing the integrated information, a third part was abstracted. This method can not only encrypt the data of enterprises but also realize indirect interaction between different enterprises．

异构ERP系统集成与实现
通过需求分析，在企业现实的基础上，构建了Web环境中异构ERP系统的集成模型并给出功能结构，详细分析了实现的关键技术，为多企业之间实时交互提供了一个协同平台．为了实现集成信息的共建共享，抽象出第三方，既对企业数据进行保密，又可实现不同企业的间接交互．
