Vibration test and compensation computing for structural
pattern of small satellite

Abstract  The vibration performance of structural pattern of the small satellite is tested. The numerical models are built using the C1-type shell-beam element. Since there exists an obvious influence of additional mass of sensor during testing, the numerical analysis could be used to get the true results after compensation treating, which can get rid of the additional influence of sensor. A set of results both in test and computing are presented to demonstrate the whole treating process.

微小卫星特征结构模块的振动模态测试与计算补偿

对微小卫星的特征结构模块的振动力学特性进行试验测试,同时对该结构模块的设计进行计算建模,分别给出了基于C1型壳梁单元的简化模型和精细模型,并将计算模型用于试验测试数据的计算补偿,以消除测试过程中由传感器的附加质量给结构系统带来的附加影响,最后获得结构系统的真实模态信息,为微小卫星框架的优化设计提供重要参考。
