摘要:

针对基于实例推理(CBR)重用技术的形式化表示及推理方法的局限性,基于可拓设计的物元理论, 采用基于CBR的可拓重用方法建立产品设计实例库,采用可拓区间距的检索算法及定性和定量相结合的推理方法, 获取相似设计方案实例. 研究了基于可拓集合方法的数据挖掘技术,采用一种改进的FP-growth关联规则算法,应用可拓变换方法对产品方案设计进行知识规则挖掘,支持产品方案设计过程的适应性修改.建立方案设计区间多属性灰数关联评价模型, 优选最佳方案设计.以液压挖掘机结构方案设计为例,利用VC++和SQL开发液压挖掘机结构方案设计及评价系统, 结果验证可拓重用方法的有效性和可操作性.

Abstract:

Focused on the limitations of formal representation and the reasoning method on case-based reasoning (CBR) reusable technology, the production case library is established by the extension reuse method based on CBR, the scheme cases in similarity design are obtained by retrieval algorithm based on the extension interval distance and the qualitative and quantitative reasoning method.The data mining based on the extensible congregation method techniques were researched, a kind of improved FP-growth algorithm of association rules was introduced to conduct the knowledge rule mining for product scheme design by applying extension transformation method, the adaptation of scheme design process for products was supported. The correlation analysis model for scheme design based on multi-attribute interval gray number is established for the implementation of the optimized programs. An example of hydraulic excavator structural scheme design was given, the structural scheme design and evaluation system are developed by VC++ and SQL, the effectiveness and feasibility of the extension reuse method is validated by the results.
