摘要:

针对一类基于电压源换流器(VSC)的FACTS装置在电力系统中面临的不确定性和干扰问题,以统一潮流控制器(UPFC)为例,基于反馈线性化H∞理论设计非线性鲁棒内部控制器.采用状态反馈精确线性化方法将考虑外干扰的UPFC五阶仿射非线性系统转化为一个线性系统,根据线性H∞理论设计线性鲁棒控制律,并通过预反馈映射得出原UPFC系统的非线性鲁棒控制律.在4机12节点电力系统中将所提控制器与传统PI控制器进行仿真对比,结果表明所提控制器在多种外部干扰下都具有良好的鲁棒性,可以更好地提高UPFC安装点附近电网的暂态稳定性和功率振荡抑制能力.

Abstract:

A nonlinear robust internal controller design methodology based on feedback linearization H∞ theory for a unified power flow controller (UPFC) was presented to solve the uncertain disturbance rejection problem faced by voltage source converter (VSC) based flexible AC transmission system (FACTS) devices. A 5th-order UPFC affine nonlinear system considering external disturbances was converted to a linear system via exact feedback linearization method. A linear H∞ approach was then applied to design the robust internal controller and the final control law for the original UPFC system was achieved by the feedback mapping. The proposed robust controller was validated via a detailed device-level simulation on a 4-genarator-12-bus system platform and compared with the conventional PI controller. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed UPFC controller exhibits excellent robustness under various disturbances and provides better performance in power system transient stability enhancement and power oscillation damping than the conventional PI controller.
